Replacement and Return

The list of non-replaceable adequate-quality products has been established by Decree of the Russian Government No. 55 dated 19.01.1998. The products that may not be returned/replaced include personal hygiene items:hair rollers, hair ties,hairbands,hairpins,hair combs, etc.

The Buyer may not refuse to accept a Product of adequate quality that qualifies as a custom Product (i.e. custom-made and/or custom-configured on the Buyer’s request) and/or is included in the list of adequate-quality products that may non be returned or replaced by similar products of different size, shape, dimensions, style, color style or configuration, as established by Decree of the Russian Government No. 55 dated 19.01.1998; therefore, personal hygiene items, such as hairpins and other similar products, as well as sewn and linen products are considered as non-returnable items.

Should the Buyer refuse to accept a Product prior to its delivery or elect to return an adequate-quality Product, the Vendor shall refund to the Buyer the full price of the returned Product, less the costs of return of the Product, within 10 days from the date when Vendor has received a written return notice from the Buyer, and the Product was returned to the Vendor.

If the Vendor refuses to refund the Product, it will notify the Buyer thereof by e-mail.

  • If the Buyer refuses to accept a Product that is a part of a set, such a Product may only be returned along with the rest of the complete set.
  • The price of paid Products shall be refunded to a bank card or by a postal money order. The Buyer shall indicate the preferred mode of refund and the required bank details in his/her return notice. Otherwise the payment will be refunded by a postal money order to the Buyer’s address.
  • The money paid will be refunded to your bank account within 5-30 business days (the refund time may vary depending on which bank issued your bank card).
  • Any complaints with regards to completeness of a delivery (the number of items in an Order) shall only be accepted if substantiated by a relevant VIDEO. The video must show the general view of the unopened package, the process of opening and the process of checking each item against the order sheet. Videos should be e-mailed to info@jillas.shop

Any requests for refund of substandard products shall be satisfied within 10 days from the time of completion of quality examination of a returned Product, provided that the examination confirms the existence of manufacturing defects.
