Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General

This Personal Data Processing Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ dated 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” and is intended to define the procedure for processing of personal data and the personal data security measures implemented by Individual Entrepreneur Mudrilova Iuliia Sergeevna (the “Operator”).

1.1. The Operator sees the observance of human and civil rights in processing of personal data of an individual, including the rights to personal and family privacy, as its top priority and a pre-requisite for its business activities.

1.2. This Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) shall apply to any and all information concerning the visitors of the https://jillas.ru website that the Operator may obtain.

2. Key Terms and Concepts of the Policy

2.1. Automated Processing of Personal Data - processing of Personal Data using computer equipment;

2.2. Blocking of Personal Data - temporary suspension of Personal Data processing (except in cases when processing is necessary to clarify Personal Data);

Processing of Personal Data - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) with Personal Data performed with or without the use of automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction of Personal Data;

2.7. Operator - any state authority, municipal body, legal entity or an individual that, independently or in collaboration with any other entities, arranges the processing of and/or processes Personal Data, as well as determines the goals of processing of Personal Data, composition of the Personal Data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with Personal Data;

2.8. Personal Data - any information directly or indirectly relating to a specific or an identifiable User of the https://jillas.ru website;

2.9. User - any visitor of the https://jillas.ru website;

2.10. Provision of Personal Data - actions aimed at disclosing Personal Data to a certain person or a certain set of persons;

2.11. Distribution of Personal Data - any and all actions aimed at disclosing Personal Data to an indefinite set of persons (transfer of Personal Data) or at making an indefinite set of persons familiar with Personal Data, including publication of Personal Data in mass media, posting of Personal Data in information and telecommunication networks or opening access to Personal Data in any other way;

3. The Operator is entitled to processing of the following Personal Data of the User

3.1. First name, patronymic, and last name;

3.2. E-mail address;

3.3. Telephone numbers;

3.4. Year, month, date and place of birth;

3.5. The Website will also collect anonymized visitor data (including cookie files) using Internet statistics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, etc).

3.6. The data listed in this Policy below fall under the general term “Personal Data.”

4. Personal Data Processing Goals

4.1. The goal of processing of the User’s Personal Data is to keep the User informed via e-mail newsletters.

4.2. The Operator may also send to the User notifications of new products and services, special offers and various events. The Buyer may opt out of receiving newsletters by sending to the Operator’s address (j.mudrilova@jillas.ru) an e-mail marked “Request for cancellation of newsletters on new products and services and special offers.”

4.3. The goal of anonymized Users’ data collection by Internet statistics services is the gathering of information on the Users’ activities on the Website and improvement of the Website and its contents.

5. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing

5.1. The Operator shall process the User’s Personal Data only when it is entered and/or submitted by the User him/herself using the dedicated forms on the https://jillas.ru website. By entering his/her Personal Data in the relevant forms and/or sending it to the Operator, the User acknowledges his/her agreement with this Policy.

5.2. The Operator will process the anonymized User’s data if the relevant options are enabled in the User’s browser settings.(Save Cookies and JavaScript options).

6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transmission and Other Types of Processing of Personal Data

Security of Personal Data processed by the Operator shall be maintained through implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures as required to fully satisfy the requirements of the applicable law on personal data security.

6.1. The Operator shall keep Personal Data safe and secure and shall take every precaution to protect it from unauthorized access.

6.2. Personal Data of the User shall never and under no conditions be transferred to any third party, except when it is required by the applicable law.

6.3. Should any discrepancies be identified in Personal Data, the User may personally update them by sending to the Operator’s e-mail address (info@jillas.ru) a notification marked “Personal Data update.”

6.4. The duration of processing of Personal Data is not limited. The User may at any time revoke his/her consent to processing of Personal Data via e-mail by sending to the Operator’s e-mail address (info@jillas.ru) a notification marked “Revocation of consent to processing of Personal Data.”

7. Trans-Border Transfer of Personal Data

7.1. Prior to trans-border transfer of Personal Data, the Operator shall make sure that the foreign country where the Personal Data is expected to be transferred is able to offer adequate protection of the rights of Personal Data subjects.

7.2. Trans-border transfer of Personal Data to foreign countries that are unable to meet the above requirements shall only be authorized if a written consent to trans-border transfer of Personal Data is provided by the Personal Data subject and/or such transfer is required for the purposes of an agreement the Personal Data subject is a party to.
